From Prospects (Transferred Consumers)

- Intent and qualification data gathered during the screening process

- Route and deliver live phone Transfers to Buyers

- With Buyers: Prospect qualification data and contact information is shared with the Buyer receiving the Transfer as part of the core Service.
- Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party vendors (payment processors, telephony providers, analytics platforms) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Get Called LLC or others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
05 — DATA RETENTION
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:
- Buyer account data is retained for the duration of the account and 3 years thereafter
- Transfer records and call logs are retained for up to 2 years
- Billing records are retained for 7 years in accordance with tax and accounting requirements
- Web analytics data is retained for up to 26 months
You may request earlier deletion of your personal data where legally permissible (see Section 08).
